On November 8, Matt Friestedt gave a presentation on “Changing Trends in Executive Agreements” at the American Bar Association’s 27th Annual National Institute on Executive Compensation, held in New York City. The panel covered trends in executive agreements at financial institutions and how to cope with Section 280G gross-ups, as well as the legal implications of the growing trend away from formal executive employment contracts, among other topics.
