Mike Ringler, Co-Managing Partner of the Palo Alto Office, Co-Head of the Firm’s Technology Group and Head of the Technology M&A Group, has once again been named to the Daily Journal’s “Top 100 Lawyers” list. He shared his thoughts about the complexity of technology M&A deals, noting that many of these transactions lack a standard playbook. “[T]he biggest challenge is designing a bespoke structure from scratch that aligns the interests of all parties.”
On the Firm’s Palo Alto presence, he noted that “the secret to this practice’s success has been not only embracing S&C’s pre-existing culture, but influencing it as well.”
