- Bancolombia’s Strategic Corporate Structure Changes Creating Grupo Cibest S.A.—shortlisted for Regulatory. The team was led by Sergio Galvis and Patrick Brown.
- Morgan Stanley and Centerview Partners as financial advisors to the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Nordstrom, Inc. in connection with a take-private transaction by members of the Nordstrom family and El Puerto de Liverpool, S.A.B. de C.V.—shortlisted for Mergers and Acquisitions: Public Companies.
