Ben Perry was named one of 10 “M&A Distinguished Advisers” in Financier Worldwide’s 2026 Power Players List. The list honors influential leaders across the dealmaking space.
As a partner in S&C’s London office, Ben advises leading global corporations and financial institutions on a broad range of transactions, particularly cross-border M&A and private equity. He also coordinates the Firm’s trainee solicitor program.
In a Q&A with the magazine, Ben discussed the importance of staying on top of legal trends and continuing to broaden one’s knowledge base, no matter where one is in one’s career. “I continue to be focused on the ways in which recent changes to both the listing and prospectus rules in the UK are giving UK-listed companies more flexibility when it comes to undertaking significant M&A transactions,” he said.
