    Sullivan & Cromwell Expands Capital Markets Practice in Asia with Leading IPO Lawyer Steven Hsu

    HONG KONG (JUNE 30, 2026) – Sullivan & Cromwell LLP announced today that Steven Hsu will join the firm as a partner in its Capital Markets Group, based in Hong Kong.

    Mr. Hsu has advised on some of the most high-profile IPOs of leading Chinese companies. His practice focuses on corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including IPOs in Hong Kong and the United States, dual primary and secondary listings, and rights offerings. He also regularly advises listed companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. His extensive experience spans the technology, financial services, consumer goods, life sciences, real estate and infrastructure sectors.

    Mr. Hsu has advised the issuers in the following recent transactions:

    • Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc.’s US$423 million Hong Kong IPO. The deal marks the first “A+H” listing of a PCB manufacturer and the first listing of a high-performance server PCB company on the Hong Kong market.
    • Fibocom Wireless Inc.’s US$372 million Hong Kong IPO. Fibocom is a leading wireless communication module provider, expanding its footprint into Edge AI solutions.
    • Fortior Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.’s US$289 million Hong Kong IPO. Fortior Technology is a pioneering IC design company specializing in BLDC motor control chips.
    • Suzhou Novosense Microelectronics Co., Ltd.’s US$284 million Hong Kong IPO. Novosense is a leading IC design company specializing in analog and mixed-signal chips.
