Mike and Pete were recognized for their work on the $113 billion xAI and X merger, a transaction that has the potential to create a new powerhouse in the tech industry by blending xAI’s advanced AI capability and expertise with X’s massive reach.
Mike and Pete also advised xAI on its $250 billion acquisition by SpaceX, the largest acquisition involving a private target in history.
