Alison Ressler, a Senior Partner in S&C’s Los Angeles Office and a recognized authority on M&A, has once again been named to the Daily Journal’s “Top Women Lawyers 2026” list.

“As a corporate transactional lawyer, winning means helping my clients identify all the issues and risks associated with a transaction and then determining what is best for them,” she said. “Often it is closing a deal, but sometimes it is walking away.”
