Sullivan & Cromwell has been named a “Firm of the Year” for earning Law360’s “Practice Group of the Year” distinction in six categories—Appellate, Banking, Fintech, M&A, Tax and Technology—tied for the second most of any firm. The annual awards honor “the attorney teams behind litigation wins and major deals that resonated throughout the legal industry this past year.”
