S&C was named a Technology “Practice Group of the Year” by Law360. In an interview with the publication, Mike Ringler, Co-Head of the Firm’s Technology Group, said the Firm’s generalist training as well as its focus on solving complex issues has allowed the team to handle some of the largest matters of 2025.
“We do focus on larger, more complex matters, and we really devote leadership from around the firm to bring the best expertise we can on these large projects,” Mike said.
The Firm recently advised X and xAI on their $113 billion merger; OpenAI on its partnerships with Microsoft, AMD, Google Cloud, CoreWeave and SoftBank; and AT&T on its $23 billion acquisition of Spectrum Licenses from EchoStar.
S&C was named a “Firm of the Year” for its showing in these awards, with six practices selected.
