Amy is a partner in S&C’s Financial Services and Investment Management Groups, and provides full service transactional, strategic and regulatory advice to private equity managers, founders, family offices and other asset management and financial services clients. Working with one of the world’s largest private capital firms, Amy advised Apollo on its exclusive agreement with Citi to form a $25 billion private credit, direct lending program. She also recently advised Goldman Sachs Asset Management on the formation of its $3.5 billion real estate equity fund. Amy regularly counsels founders and family offices with respect to partnership economics, governance and succession planning.

Patrick is a partner in S&C’s Financial Services Group whose practice focuses on complex M&A, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic transactions involving financial institutions. Patrick played a lead role in advising Fifth Third on its $10.9 billion all‑stock acquisition of Comerica, which was one of the largest bank mergers of the past decade, and advised Pinnacle Financial Partners on its $8.6 billion merger with Synovus Financial Corp.
Dr. Stephan Rauch is a Frankfurt-based partner in S&C’s M&A Group and advises European and U.S. clients on complex public and private M&A transactions, often developing novel deal structures and implementing first-of-its-kind transaction concepts. Stephan was instrumental in advising Schaeffler AG, one of the world’s largest family-owned companies, in Germany’s first large two-step U.S.-style merger of two public companies. Additionally, Stephan advised Porsche SE in its €10.1 billion investment in Porsche AG, done concurrently with the Porsche IPO, and most recently DEUTZ AG, a leading manufacturer of drive systems, on a transformative billion-Euro acquisition.
Danielle is a partner in S&C’s Real Estate Group and works on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings, spanning diverse asset classes. She recently advised Tishman Speyer on two landmark New York City single-asset single-borrower commercial mortgage-backed securities refinancings. Danielle also has been advising Vornado Realty Trust on the proposed redevelopment of 350 Park Avenue in New York with Citadel.
Mimi is a partner in S&C’s M&A Group and advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including public and private M&A transactions, restructuring transactions, governance matters and financial advisory matters. In a deal that created North America’s largest gas utility platform by volume, Mimi advised Enbridge on its $14 billion acquisition of three geographically distinct utility providers from Dominion Energy. She also represented Sempra on concurrent multibillion-dollar transactions to sell 45 percent of its equity interests in its growth platform, Sempra Infrastructure Partners, for $10 billion, and to fund the second phase of Sempra Infrastructure’s LNG project in Port Arthur, Texas.
Rachel is a partner in S&C’s Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Group and advises leading biotechnology, pharmaceutical and technology companies on transformative licensing, collaboration, artificial intelligence, M&A and other strategic transactions. Her practice focuses on complex matters involving intellectual property, technology, AI, life sciences, cross-border deal structuring. Rachel recently led the cross-border team advising MediLink Therapeutics on its first-of-its-kind collaboration with Roche for the development and commercialization of its lead antibody-drug conjugate, represented Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group in its exclusive license agreement and strategic investment with Avere Therapeutics, and advised Boston Pharmaceuticals on the $2 billion sale of its lead asset, efimosfermin alfa, to GSK.
