As Co-Head of S&C’s Insurance Coverage Group, Nick advises clients on sensitive insurance disputes and transactions, broader civil litigation and white-collar matters, earning recognition as a Law360 “Rising Star” for Insurance and a member of Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under List.”
Nick played a key role in securing a landmark Sixth Circuit ruling for FirstEnergy that preserved the attorney-client privilege and work-product protections for corporate internal investigations, work for which The American Lawyer named him “Litigator of the Week.” He also advises the FTX debtors and SVB Financial Group on complex insurance matters arising from their collapses and Chapter 11 proceedings.
