- eBay, establishing important precedent for digital platforms by defeating the federal government’s unprecedented accusation that the company itself should be held liable as if it were the bad actor “selling” the illegal products.
- Low-income students in New York City Public Schools needing access to special education services, partnering with the New York Legal Assistance Group to reach a settlement that will dramatically improve access to special education services.
- Goldman Sachs, in a clash over an abandoned sale of a leading business management firm for celebrities and high‑net-worth individuals, winning the dismissal of a lawsuit brought by management firm KSFB Management.
- The Republic of Argentina, obtaining the dismissal of claims that the country owes more than $650 million to hedge funds that had speculated on certain of its securities with contingent payments, which was affirmed on appeal.
- Volkswagen, winning the dismissal of an antitrust lawsuit by Germany’s Prevent Group, marking the third win against Prevent in related litigation.
