Sullivan & Cromwell won “Deal Firm of the Year” at the Asian Legal Business Hong Kong Law Awards. In addition, the innovative Hong Kong takeover of Sun Art Retail from Alibaba where S&C advised DCP Capital was named “M&A Deal of the Year”. The S&C team advising DCP Capital was led by Kay Ian Ng and included Rosana Tse, Koey Chan, Samantha Li and trainee solicitor Kelly Ma.
The awards honor “outstanding achievements in the legal field, celebrating the exceptional performance of both private practitioners and in-house counsel in Hong Kong.”
