Sullivan & Cromwell has been recognized by the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) with its “Mega Company Turnaround/Transaction of the Year” award for the Firm’s work on behalf of FTX Trading Ltd.
As lead legal counsel to FTX, the Firm guided the client through one of the most complex and closely watched restructurings in recent history. S&C advised FTX through every stage of its restructuring, including stabilizing operations, navigating unprecedented regulatory and litigation challenges, and its emergence from Chapter 11 in January under a plan that maximized recoveries for creditors and preserved value across global jurisdictions.
