S&C partners Vanessa Blackmore, Alison Ressler and Jacqueline Wenchen Tang have been named to IFLR1000’s Women Leaders 2025, which recognizes the most prominent women lawyers across the world with an “outstanding transactional reputation for consistently leading complex, novel or innovative deals.” Alison and Vanessa have been included for seven consecutive years since the 2018 launch of the list, and this is Jacqueline’s third year in a row on the list.
Alison, the Co-Head of S&C’s Global Private Equity Group, is a leading authority on M&A, corporate governance and capital markets. Vanessa, a partner in the Firm’s M&A and Capital Markets Groups, has a preeminent international corporate and finance practice, advising clients on a wide range of strategic transactional and advisory matters. Jacqueline, a partner in S&C’s Restructuring Group, is a leading strategist in representing funds, financial institutions, other investors and debtors across the globe in distressed situations in China and other parts of Asia.
