Renata Hesse, Co-Head of S&C’s Antitrust Group, was named to GCR’s “Women in Antitrust” list for advising major companies on antitrust and competition matters, including Amgen on its $27.8 billion acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics and Seagen on its $43 billion acquisition by Pfizer, the largest-ever all-cash acquisition in the biopharmaceutical industry. Additionally, Renata earned a victory for Harvard University, helping to obtain the dismissal of an antitrust lawsuit aimed at reversing the Ivy League’s seventy-year policy of only offering need-based aid.
