In an interview with the publication, Nic Bourtin and Alex Willscher noted that the historic FTX case showcased how S&C lawyers work effectively across practice groups. “Trying to manage all the aspects of the criminal investigation as well as achieve the best outcome in the bankruptcy proceeding, all at the same time, required incredible collaboration across practice groups at our firm,” Nic said.
