PALO ALTO, CA (December 15, 2025)—Sullivan & Cromwell LLP announced today the formation of its Digital Infrastructure Practice group, bringing together the market-leading practice that has led transactions in the sector valued in excess of $1 trillion.
The multidisciplinary initiative brings together lawyers across the Firm’s highly regarded Artificial Intelligence, Technology, Project Development & Finance, Energy & Natural Resources, Real Estate, Credit & Leveraged Finance and M&A practices to provide integrated, global expertise in digital infrastructure, including energy project development, GPU and system financing, hyperscale data center development, leasing arrangements, compute offtake, debt and equity financings and joint ventures.
“Digital infrastructure is among today’s most consequential business sectors,” said Sullivan & Cromwell Co-Chairs Robert Giuffra and Scott Miller. “S&C is uniquely positioned to provide the high level of integrated legal services required to deliver results for our clients in their most complex and highest value matters. We have formalized this practice to ensure that our clients have access to the full range of our expertise across practice areas and geographies, as they lead in shaping the future of digital connectivity.”
