Mark Schenkel, a partner in S&C’s Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Group, is shortlisted for The American Lawyer’s “Young Lawyer of the Year (Corporate)” award.
Mark has played a central role in landmark transactions reshaping industries globally, particularly in artificial intelligence, digital assets, media and financial technology. His recent accomplishments include advising OpenAI on a number of strategic partnerships, leading the representation of RedBird Capital in the IP aspects of the over $8 billion Paramount and National Amusements acquisition and American Express’s acquisition of Tock from Squarespace.
Mark is a dedicated advocate for the professional development of junior lawyers, fostering their progress through mentorship and guidance.
