As Special Counsel in the Firm’s General Practice Group, June advises clients across the industry spectrum on a range of corporate governance, crisis management, regulatory compliance, and shareholder and stakeholder engagement matters. She also coordinates the Firm’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Practice.
June is frequently invited to speak and publish on ESG topics, recently serving as an editor of the climate change chapter for the American Bar Association’s Year in Review 2024.
