Nader Mousavi, Co-Head of S&C’s Intellectual Property and Technology Group and its Artificial Intelligence Practice, was named to the Daily Journal’s “Top 100 Lawyers” list, which honors California’s 100 leading lawyers.
Based in S&C’s Palo Alto office, Nader has guided major companies and tech innovators on their most significant IP and technology transactions for more than 25 years. He advised OpenAI in its multiyear, multibillion-dollar partnership with Microsoft, which The American Lawyer described as a deal that “has the potential to help shape the future of everything.” He also advised Character.AI, a leading full stack conversational AI platform, on its strategic partnership with Google Cloud for cloud infrastructure to train and build sophisticated AI models. “I am grateful to have been deeply involved in advising clients that have helped create and drive the generative AI revolution,” said Nader.
