S&C partners Alison Ressler, Vanessa Blackmore and Jacqueline Wenchen Tang have been named to IFLR1000’s Women Leaders 2024, which recognizes the most prominent women lawyers across the world with an “outstanding transactional reputation for consistently leading complex, novel or innovative deals.” Rankings are determined by feedback from clients and peers as well as independent research. This is Jackie’s second year in a row being named to IFLR1000’s Women Leaders, and Alison and Vanessa have been included for seven consecutive years since its launch in 2018.
Alison is Co-Head of S&C’s Global Private Equity Group and a leading authority on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and capital markets. Vanessa, a partner in the Firm’s M&A and Capital Markets Groups, has a preeminent international corporate and finance practice, advising clients on a wide range of strategic transactional and advisory matters. Jacqueline, a partner in S&C’s Restructuring Group, is a leading strategist in representing funds, financial institutions, other investors and debtors across the globe in connection with distressed situations in China and other parts of Asia.
