The JUVE team recognized S&C’s impressive shift to become a go-to adviser for high-profile German corporates. The team was awarded for its complex M&A work, including advising:
- Robert Bosch GmbH on the largest transaction in the company’s history—its pending $8 billion acquisition of a global HVAC solutions business from Johnson Controls and Hitachi.
- Schaeffler AG on its innovative merger with Vitesco Technologies Group AG, which constituted the first large two step merger of two public companies (public-to-merger, P2M) in Germany.
