    • U.S. Straight Debt Excluding ABS & MBS by proceeds

    • U.S. Straight Debt Including ABS & MBS by proceeds
    • Asia Pacific G3 Bonds by proceeds
    • Australia International Bonds by proceeds
    • Australia International Bonds by number of deals

    #2 rankings in three categories as issuer legal adviser:

    In 2023, Law360 recognized S&C as a Capital Markets “Practice Group of the Year” for handling some of the most complex offerings for clients around the world. Recently, our Capital Markets Group advised:

    • AB InBev in its $2.4 billion secondary offering by Altria and direct share buyback;
    • AST SpaceMobile in its strategic investment to support the commercial rollout of the first of its kind space-based cellular broadband network;
    • CRH plc, one of the world’s largest providers of building materials, in two concurrent SEC-registered offerings of senior guaranteed notes;
    • Electricité de France in its $2.05 billion completed multi-tranche offering of senior fixed rate notes;
    • Fangzhou in its global offering and listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with a market capitalization of $1.4 billion;

    • Haleon in its $3.5 billion secondary offering by Pfizer and direct share buyback;
    • The underwriters in Mexico’s record $7.5 billion global bond offering; and
    • Univision Communications in an offering of $500 million of 8.5% senior secured notes due 2031 as part of its completed refinancing of $1 billion of outstanding debt.
