Gwen advises on a wide variety of corporate finance transactions in the Greater China region, including securities offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings) and corporate governance and compliance. She also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having represented parties on complex cross-border deals involving jurisdictions in Europe and the U.S., Hong Kong public takeovers and privatizations, private sales and purchases, consortium bids and private equity investments and exits. Gwen has extensive experience in healthcare and life sciences, new energy, and consumer and retail industries, where she led the S&C team in completing a number of significant transactions in recent years.
