- “Corporate Practices – Technology and Telecom”: For advising on some of the most influential matters in the tech space, including OpenAI’s multiyear, multibillion-dollar partnership with Microsoft, Character.AI’s strategic partnership with Google Cloud and FTX’s complex bankruptcy and unprecedented reorganization plan.
