Christian Jensen, Special Counsel in S&C’s Restructuring Group, has been named to Turnarounds & Workouts’ “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers 2024” list. This highly competitive list recognizes 12 corporate restructuring lawyers who are under 40 years of age and have a record of outstanding achievements each year.
Christian was selected for his significant role in matters for the following clients:
- SVB Financial Group as Chapter 11 debtor's counsel;
- FTX and its affiliates in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings;
- The Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball in connection with the Diamond Sports Group Chapter 11 proceedings;
- Pacific Investment Management Co. in the liability management activities of Envision Healthcare; and
