Joseph Matelis and Daniel Richardson have been selected for The Burton Foundation’s 2023 Awards for Distinguished Legal Writing. Joe and Dan were honored for their article “Criminal Enforcement of Section 2 of the Sherman Act,” which was published in the American Bar Association's Antitrust Journal.
This year marks the twentieth consecutive year that an S&C lawyer has been honored by The Burton Awards, following a two-year pause due to the pandemic. The awards ceremony will take place on June 12 at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.
