Nicky Friedlander, co-head of S&C’s Cybersecurity Practice and a partner in the Firm’s Criminal Defense & Investigations Group, was selected for Profiles in Diversity Journal’s “Women Worth Watching in Leadership.” The annual award recognizes women who use their talent and influence to better their workplaces and society.
Nicky represents clients in complex internal investigations, regulatory enforcement proceedings and criminal matters involving every aspect of white-collar crime, including fraud, FCPA, insider trading, theft of trade secrets, money laundering and tax matters. She also advises major corporations and boards of directors in cybersecurity planning and incident response, and she serves as co-chair of the New York Chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association. Before joining S&C in 2016, Nicky served for more than eight years in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, including as Chief of the Complex Frauds and Cybercrime Unit.
