Dustin Guzior is co-head of S&C’s Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation practice. His practice focuses on trials and hearings, often involving intellectual property, technology, antitrust or complex commercial disputes. Dustin served as co-lead trial counsel for Ocado Group, a leader in software and robotics for retail businesses, in its complete defense victory against AutoStore in an ITC trial involving patent infringement and antitrust claims. He also served as co-lead trial counsel for Columbia University in its victory in a major patent infringement case against NortonLifeLock. A federal jury unanimously found that Norton willfully infringed two Columbia patents and awarded $185 million in base damages, which may be trebled for the willful infringement.
