Tracy Richelle High, co-head of S&C’s Labor and Employment Group and co-chair of the Firm’s Diversity Committee, was named to Profiles in Diversity Journal’s list of “Black Leaders Worth Watching.” This list honors individuals who have blazed new trails, mentored others, advanced diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the community, and excelled in their chosen fields.
In her profile, Tracy describes the power of hope: “If we want the business world to be as diverse, equitable, and inclusive as possible, we must aim for the highest heights and not back down from doing so.
