German business magazine WirtschaftsWoche named S&C a “Top Law Firm 2020” for M&A and named Carsten Berrar, Managing Partner of the Frankfurt office, one of the “Top Lawyers 2020” for M&A.
Each year, WirtschaftsWoche lists Germany’s top lawyers and law firms in various fields of law. For the 2020 ranking, more than 4,000 corporate and employment lawyers in 213 law firms were asked to name their most renowned and recommended peers.
