Arnaud Berdou, Partner in S&C’s M&A Group, was featured in the latest edition of Option Droit & Affaires, discussing S&C’s representation of Dassault Systèmes in its acquisition of ArisGlobal, a U.S. publisher of critical software expected to anchor the life sciences sector’s first unified AI platform. The transatlantic deal extends Dassault Systèmes’ life sciences platform following its 2019 acquisition of Medidata.
Arnaud observed that despite short-term tariff-related headwinds, the U.S. market remains attractive for its depth, dynamism and capacity for innovation, and continues to offer French corporations a key growth relay and source of strategic opportunities.
