Carsten Berrar, Managing Partner of S&C’s Frankfurt office, spoke with Law.com about S&C’s ranking as one of the top firms in H1 M&A activity in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Carsten discussed the Firm’s representation of Merck KGaA in its pending U.S. acquisition of Bio-Techne and Germany’s Delivery Hero in a potential bid by Uber. “Overall, this is one of the leading M&A practices in Germany,” said Carsten. “On the M&A side, we are very optimistic about what we can do in the next five years.”
