Yaira Dubin, Co-Head of S&C’s Supreme Court and Appellate Practice and Partner in the Litigation Group, spoke with Law360 about her arrival at the Firm. The article highlighted her background as a former assistant to the solicitor general: she has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court in six different cases and filed more than 100 Supreme Court briefs at the merits and certiorari stages.
Yaira also discussed plans to help further grow S&C’s appellate practice. She noted, “Over the past 10 years or so, Sullivan & Cromwell has invested in developing an elite appellate and Supreme Court practice, and I saw a unique opportunity to expand that practice to New York.”
