“While markets may remain difficult, we see good chances that a significant number of deals actually materialize,” said Carsten.
Clemens noted that the next wave of IPOs may be near, even as capital markets continue to recover from the sluggish German economy. “Large IPOs are possible in the market, but the market demands significant IPO discounts compared to already listed peers,” he said.
