Dalia Blass, S&C’s Senior Investment Management Partner, spoke with Gary J. Ross, host of the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s podcast VC Law, about the SEC’s new private fund adviser rules. Dalia, who previously served as Director of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, discussed how the final rules differ from the proposed rules and focused on rules that apply to venture capital fund advisers, notably the Restricted Activities Rule and the Preferential Treatment Rule.
