T-Mobile has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to form a 50/50 joint venture with global infrastructure investor Wren House to acquire i3 Broadband, a high-quality fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) provider serving residential customers.
Wren House is a global infrastructure investment manager, with a core and core plus mandate and a strong focus on North America and Europe. i3 Broadband is the leading 100 percent fiber-to-the-home operator based in Illinois, providing Gigabit-speed Broadband services to residential and commercial customers throughout Northern, Central and Southeastern Illinois, and Missouri.
