AT&T completed a $6 billion SEC-registered notes offering, consisting of $750 million of 4.75% Global Notes due 2033, $1.75 billion of 5.25% Global Notes due 2036, $500 million of 5.85% Global Notes due 2046, $2 billion of 6.2% Global Notes due 2056 and $1 billion of 6.3% Global Notes due 2066.
S&C, which regularly advises AT&T and acts as designated underwriters’ counsel in offerings by the company, represented the underwriters for the offering, including BBVA Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, Mizuho Securities USA, Santander US Capital Markets, SG Americas Securities and SMBC Nikko Securities America.
