The Royal Bank of Canada closed SEC-registered offering of $3 billion of its Senior Medium-Term Notes, Series J, consisting of $1.5 billion of 4.4% Senior Fixed-Rate/Floating-Rate Notes due 2030 and $1.5 billion of 4.612% Senior Fixed-Rate/Floating-Rate Notes due 2032.
