LiveRamp, a global data collaboration platform, has agreed to be acquired by Publicis Groupe for an equity value of $2.6 billion. The deal will create a leader in data co-creation, a process by which companies connect multiple high-value data sources across partners in a secure environment and an important capability for artificial intelligence.
LiveRamp connects more than 25,000 publisher domains and more than 500 technology and data partners across 14 markets, enabling brands, retailers, media platforms and data providers to collaborate and connect data.
