Kiloutou, a leading generalist equipment rental company in Europe and portfolio company of HLD and Dentressangle, completed its issuance of €350 million of 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2032 and €450 million of Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2033. The proceeds of the issuance were used to refinance Kiloutou’s existing debt.
