Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, has agreed to acquire Marioff, a global leader in high pressure water mist fire suppression systems.
Founded more than 40 years ago and headquartered in Vantaa, Finland, Marioff designs, manufactures, installs and services high pressure water mist fire suppression systems for applications across marine and land-based environments, and operates in a market supported by increasing safety regulation and demand for environmentally efficient fire suppression solutions.
