Starbucks Corporation completed the settlement of a $1.3 billion tender offer to purchase for cash various series of its outstanding senior notes.
The S&C team advising Starbucks included John Estes, James Shea, Joyce Kwok and Bailie Mittman. Davis Wang, Michael Orchowski and Rachel Liu advised on tax matters.
