ProLogium Holding agreed to a business combination with Translational Development Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, valuing ProLogium at a pre-money enterprise value of approximately $3.8 billion.
Once the transaction is completed, ProLogium will become a publicly traded company listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.
