Bank of Montreal completed a $2.75 billion SEC-registered offering of senior notes, consisting of $750 million Fixed/Floating-Rate Senior Notes due 2029, $750 million Fixed/Floating-Rate Senior Notes due 2032 and $1.25 billion Fixed/Floating-Rate Notes due 2037.
