Neoen, a leading independent producer of exclusively renewable energy and portfolio company of Brookfield, completed its debut issuance of €650 million 5.50% Green Senior Secured Notes due 2031.
The proceeds of the issuance will be used to refinance Neoen’s existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
The Sullivan & Cromwell team that advised the initial purchasers included Patrick Bright, Alastair McVeigh, Nicolas Karmin, Adnane Ayeb, Rebecca Bunyan, Craig Shackleton, Sebastian Adolph, Pauline Le Faou, Nicolas Lacour and Côme Vander Gucht.
