Tessenderlo Group has agreed to a $400 million strategic minority equity investment in FMC Corporation, a leading global agricultural sciences company.
Upon completion of the investment, Tessenderlo will own 20 percent of the outstanding shares of FMC common stock.
Tessenderlo is a Belgian-based industrial group focusing on agriculture, valorising bio-residuals, machinery, mechanical engineering, electronics and energy, and providing industrial solutions with a focus on water.
