A group led by the Khosla family has agreed to acquire the Seattle Seahawks.
The Seahawks are two-time Super Bowl champions, most recently winning the championship in 2026. The franchise had been owned by the late Paul Allen and, following his death, his estate since 1997.
The S&C team advising the Khosla family includes Joe Shenker, Ivan Deutsch, Rich Le Page, Andrew Ferry, Garrett Mealey, Noah Springer, Cooper Siegel, Elizabeth Ostertag and Benjamin Togni.
