Dassault Systèmes, the leading French technology group, has agreed to acquire ArisGlobal, a leading AI-native platform for enterprise compliance in the life sciences industry, from Nordic Capital for up to $2 billion.
Under the terms of the agreement, Dassault Systèmes will acquire ArisGlobal for $1.8 billion in cash at closing, with a potential earn-out of up to $200 million linked to multi-year AI-related revenue targets.
The acquisition will combine Dassault Systèmes’ expertise in research, clinical development, manufacturing and quality with ArisGlobal’s capabilities in regulatory affairs, drug safety, quality and medical affairs, creating a unified AI and data platform for the life sciences industry.
